About Me

Hi! My name is Emma and welcome to my art portfolio! I currently work full time in biotech, but have always had a passion for art. I constantly doodled in my notebooks during school and always looked forward to art class. 

In middle school, I found a love for acrylic painting and have stuck with it ever since. My main inspirations are things found in nature, especially flowers, although I also enjoy making abstract pieces and drawing otherworldly creatures or people on occasion. In addition to acrylics, I also work with watercolors, colored pencils, and have recently found enjoyment using alcohol markers and creating mixed-media pieces. 

Growing up, I was always happiest making art for others, so I created this website in the hopes of sharing my creations with others who enjoy art as much as I do.
